I ASKED GOD TO GRANT ME HAPPINESS.
God said, “No. I give you blessings; happiness is up to you.”
I ASKED GOD
I ASKED GOD
I ASKED GOD TO GRANT ME PATIENCE.
God said, “No. Patience is a by-product of tribulations; it isn’t granted, it is learned.
Asking God Eight Questions
I received an email document some weeks ago entitled “I asked God”. In studying these questions, both my clients and I have found them to be helpful with our walk in defining the role our soul plays in our spiritual health. See what you think. For the next eight weeks I will list one for you to contemplate and to discover your own insights.
1) I ASKED GOD TO TAKE AWAY MY HABIT.
God said, “No. It is not for me to take away your habit, but for you to give it up!”
The Sampler on Audio CD

I have recorded the book in its entirety with Kyle Liedke as narrator for the introduction and chapter transitions. As with my books and other CDs – shipping is free.

A Journey to Your Wellness Within
My new CD, “A Journey to Your Wellness Within”, utilizes God’s Word in prayer and a Christian focused text for an experience of progressive relaxation and healing imagery. It is particularly effective for anyone challenged with insomnia, recovery from surgery, physical and psychological stress, or the effects of chronic or acute illness.
I wonder if you know there is a distinct difference between Christian and Eastern methods of meditation that is critically important to the Christian faith? The Eastern approach requires emptying the mind. Christian meditation, on the other hand, requires filling the mind with God’s Word and the understanding of His Will for the renewal of our physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
When practiced regularly and prayerfully – this kind of meditation and imagery can safely help promote God’s natural and powerful gift of healing for our psychological and physical body as well as our Christian spirit. I know. This process has helped me to cope and to heal from the devastating effects of chronic autoimmune challenges, numerous surgeries, injuries and cancer.
Any questions or interest in this natural process to help you be all God intended you to be? Please contact me.

The Purpose of Therapy.
The purpose of therapy is not to rid us of our emotions. It is to help us understand and accept them so they enhance rather than diminish our lives. Therapy helps us to grow up and become mature, loving adults.
Improving Life with Honesty
Honesty requires us to stop and pay attention to our thoughts and actions. Once we honestly look at our motives, we can decide on a course of action based on honest self-talk — a course that will help us build successful, transparent relationships.
In the words of Walter Anderson: “Our lives improve only when we take chances – and the first and most difficult risk we can take is to be honest with ourselves.”
So what does God want from us?
I believe His First and Second Commandments make it very clear. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind. And love your neighbor as yourself.” (Luke 10:27) Can we then be obedient to the light we have to then bring him Glory?
